*Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have signed up for an Ignition Professional or Scale monthly/annual subscription between 9.00am AEDT 1 May 2023 and 11.00am AEDT on 30 June 2023 (“Purchase Period”). All Claims must be received in writing by Ignition within the month following the three calendar months since the start of your subscription.
Who Can Participate
Promotion is only open to businesses based in Australia or New Zealand (“Claimant”) who submit a valid claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Claim”).
In order to be able to claim this offer you need to:
1. Complete the Ignition Certification Program which consists of 4 hours of verifiable CPD (AU).
2. Have a minimum of 10 ‘engaged clients’. Engaged clients are those to whom you:
- Have sent a proposal
- They have accepted that proposal
- You have processed payments for them
3. Contact your Accounts Manager in writing and let them know you would like to claim the offer.
4. Provide the reasons in writing why you think Ignition has not added value to your business.
