Offer Terms & Conditions

Practice Ignition Pty Ltd ACN 153 623 931, including its subsidiaries (“Ignition, us or we”) is inviting certain prospective customers to take advantage of our Referral Offer (“Offer”). The terms and conditions for the Offer are set out below (“Offer Terms”). 

1. Offer Eligibility
   The Offer is open to new prospective customers of Ignition (“Referee(s), you or your”) who receive a referral link from a current customer of Ignition or affiliate selected by Ignition (“Referrer”) and subscribe to an Ignition subscription plan for a minimum of 30 days, (excluding any free trial period) (“Qualified Purchase”), in accordance with these Offer Terms. 
   
   Each Referee who makes a Qualified Purchase is entitled to 50% off the monthly list price for Ignition subscription plans for the first 3 consecutive months (“Discount”). By making a Qualified Purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Offer Terms and the Ignition Privacy Policy.
   
   
2. How to get the Discount
   You will not qualify for the Offer where:
   1. you are an existing Ignition customer, affiliate of Ignition, or a person who is otherwise not a new Ignition customer or who has subscribed to an Ignition product or service in the past 2 years (as at the date of receiving a referral link);
   2. you are under 18 years old;
   3. you are or previously were employed by us, or is a family member of someone currently or previously employed by us;
   4. you are or previously were an agent or third party associated with the administration of the Offer;
   5. you do not sign up using the Referrers’ unique referral link;
   6. you do not pay for the Qualified Purchase immediately upon subscription in full and cleared funds; and
   7. you do not stay subscribed to the Ignition subscription plan for a minimum of 30 days. 
   
   Ignition reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers and existing customers for this offer. Ignition further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith.  In such circumstances, Ignition will not have an obligation to provide the discounted monthly list price for referrals in accordance with these Offer Terms.
   

    

3. Other important terms
   You acknowledge and agree:

   1. upon making a Qualified Purchase, the Referrer that provided the referral link to the Referee may be entitled to a promotional benefit as decided by Ignition from time to time;

   2. the above offer can't be combined with any other Ignition offers;

   3. the offer cannot be transferred, paused, credited, duplicated, or sold and there is no cash value; and

   4. the list price subject to change at any time at Ignition’s sole discretion. 

   
   

   Ignition and its service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time and for any reason, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice
